Greenhouse Gas Emissions Examination

For the implementation of corporate social responsibility, to control greenhouse gas emissions, Ta-Fa Metallic Industrial Co. Ltd. has currently not on the examination list of Environmental Protection Administration announcement, but still aggressively participated itself since 2016 greenhouse gas examination, and cooperated with relevant government plans and exposed the emissions data. The main target area to quantify the data is our current factory site to understand the situation and trend of greenhouse gas emissions in response earlier. Planning for future greenhouse gas emissions data will be verified by the external inspection agency to improve the accuracy and reliability, as a basis for subsequent improvement, declare to promote greenhouse gas examination and international standards for environmental sustainability.

As 2015 shows, due to the characteristics of the metal manufacturing industry, category one has emissions of 290.7966 metric tons of CO2e, category two has emissions of 612.48 metric tons of CO2e.

Our company will continue to implement energy-saving policies, to procure energy-saving equipment, to update old air-conditioning and system, to reduce workplace greenhouse gas emissions, to strengthen the management ability of greenhouse gases to continue improving the environment.

中華電（2412）100Mbps加速計畫出爐！中華電證實，100Mbps非對稱網路建設覆蓋率，將由原訂年底達陣30％、上修至70％，並敲定4~5月合計釋出110萬門約計新台幣34~35億元上下左右的G（e）PON訂單，加上相關光纖建材及模組設備採購12~13億元，將釋出近50億元大單。

而原本規畫5年投資2,000億元光纖網路計畫除了提早為3年2,000億元之後，為因應100Mbps光纖加速建設，2,000億元的網路投資也將加速釋出。

中華電表示，基於扶植本土產業、提升國家競爭力考量，2,000億元的龐大釋單約計65~70％將由本土廠商得標，即便光纖集端設備主要供貨商目前幾乎都集中在國際大廠手中，但中華電將要求國際投標商務必與本土廠商合作，否則不能參與競標。

行政院原本規畫100Mbps寬頻到府、2015年達85％普及率，在總統馬英九日前承諾2013年將實現100Mbps全面到家戶目標後，電信龍頭中華電為此擬定100Mbps非對稱光纖到府加速計畫，網路覆蓋率由原訂年底30％、提高至70％，擔負起國內寬頻加速普及重責大任。

4月底將以必約交方式，先釋50萬門G（e）PON，5月再公告新一批約60萬門GPON設備公開招標。 其中，50萬門必約交部分，由阿爾卡特與合勤、日本住友及仲琦各組一個團隊，分別拿下33萬、17萬門，以及合計15億元左右訂單；國際廠商供應集端設備，本土廠商負責CPE用戶端設備，中華電預定4月底完成議價作業。

另外60萬門GPON採購標案將採公開招標，由於後續牽涉龐大光纖採購商機，不少國際及本土大廠視為搶下後續大單的門票，包括阿爾卡特朗訊、愛立信、諾基亞西門子、NEC、日本住友、韓國Dasan、Calix、美國Utstarcom、Zhone等國際廠商，本土用戶端供貨商合勤控、仲琦、智邦、友訊等都展現高度搶標意願。

中華電規畫60萬門局端先搭配20萬門用戶端設備，合計採購金額約在18~19億元上下。

至於光纖建材則幾乎是本土廠商天下，國內提供光纖模組、電信室/建築物光化交接箱等光纖設備廠商包括康舒、東金、大發等可望吃香喝辣
